Interivew Megapack

Natnat is so plugged into online news, I sometimes wonder if she actually is the internet. But putting aside questions of sentience, she found a bunch of interview video’s from Natalie’s Your Highness junket. Those video’s are after the jump, but before we get to them, here is an Access Hollywood clip, that Kool Kim found, in which Natalie talks about her body double…for Your Highness. Natalie doesn’t mention her name. Travesty!

New Poll + Lanegate results

It’s been an epic wait, so it was a relief to finally see the official trailer for Hesher. Now that you’ve, hopefully, seen it, I want to know what you think.

Did the Hesher trailer light your fires or put them out?

The dance double poll results were largely predictable, although I did laugh at 11% of the voters blaming “everyone!” for the controversy. Check out those full results after the jump.

Nat Comments On LaneGate…Sorta

E! were able to get Natalie to comment on the dance double controversy but Natalie simply brushed it off saying that she still feels so proud of what they accomplished with the film and doesn’t want to tarnish that by getting involved in the gossip and nastiness that’s going around. The video is after the jump (because it autoplays) and the article, which includes some other new quotes, is here.

And while we’re on the topic, it was so nice to read a properly researched analysis of the Sarah Lane situation. They even updated the article to correct something and add new information. Gee, what a concept. If only the proper media outlets could show the same commitment to accuracy and truth.

Your Highness Reviews

Strap yourselves in because this is going to be a bumpy ride.

The Playlist were big fans and gave the film a B+ rating.

Portman is rather wickedly funny by just playing things seriously straight and it’s amusing to see two Academy Award nominees (Franco and Portman, who is actually a winner) relishing the excuse to play in such a wantonly absurd film.

Totalfilm put up a mixed 3 star review.

Where Your Highness scores is in the casting. Portman kicks butt as Isabel, a deadly archer they meet along the way; Franco is fab as the stupidly brave sibling and Theroux (the cuckolded director in Mulholland Drive) outshines them all behind his ghastly prosthetic teeth.
