Natalie, Julianne Moore, Charles Melton, screenwriter Samy Burch and director Todd Haynes attended “Deadline’s Contenders” today in L.A., an event organized by Deadline that promotes films for the awards season. Finally! After months without being able to promote the film, Natalie, Julianne Moore and Charles Melton walked the red carpet at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles. Other actors and a huge part of the crew were there to support “May December”, the film directed by Todd Haynes, which continues to receive rave reviews. The movie will have a limited release in the USA this weekend, and it can be seen on Netflix on December 1 in that country. We have a ton of photos (and a Q&A session video) after the jump:

Netflix USA has unveiled a new poster for May December. We also have an exclusive poster for 35mm screenings and a featurette about the film. Although it is focused on Charles Melton, it is full of new footage with Natalie and Julianne. Enjoy:

May December was the opening film at the New York Film Festival yesterday, making it its North American debut. Unfortunately, the actors’ strike continues and Natalie, Julianne Moore and Charles Melton could not attend the premiere. However, a large part of the crew was present at the event, including director Todd Haynes, producers Christine Vachon and Sophie Mas, and screenwriter Samy Burch.
