Today we are bringing back a type of post that we had quite forgotten about; a small recopilation of news in the form of tidbits:

-Filming for The Gallerist wrapped last week, and we haven’t been able to see any set photos. The only “news” about the film comes from an Instagram post by one of the crew members, suggesting that the film might be streaming on Netflix. We’ll see:

–Good Sex, Natalie’s next project to be directed by Lena Dunham, was presented these last few days at the European Film Market, in order to secure financing and distribution for the film. Well… according to Deadline, the project has sparked the interest of many companies, including Warner, Netflix, Amazon and Apple, with offers of up to 45 million dollars. This is a good sign of the viability of this film. We will soon know what the result of this is.

And Deadline also published yesterday a “guest” column with Natalie about The Brutalist, the latest film directed by Brady Corbet. Natalie previously worked with Brady in his 2018 drama Vox Lux, in which she played Celeste, the survivor of a high school shooting who is ultimately transformed into a tough-talking pop star. She highly praises the film in this article.
