Almost three months ago it was announced that the Deauville Film Festival would pay tribute to Natalie for her entire career. Select films from her filmography were also going to be screened throughout the festival, closing with a special screening of “May December,” her latest film. Unfortunately, Natalie was unable to attend due to the actors’ strike, but director Todd Haynes took her place at the tribute today and presented the film to the audience.
