Rumours suggested Natalie was strongly in the running for Lisbeth Salander in David Finchers Girl With The Dragon Tattoo remake/adapation, and I finally heard from my source who confirmed that yet again Natalie and Fincher have missed the opportunity to work together. Only this time it was Natalie’s unavailability due to her schedule, that was probably the biggest reason for the casting to go on without her.

Of course this begs the question, what could she have scheduled? Is another announcement imminent? Could it be commitments for Dior? Or perhaps it would have just interfered with a big family vacation.

Either way, I’m kinda bummed out.
