I’m not a big Star Wars fan, but I really should have mentioned that The Phantom Menace 3D was hitting theatres this weekend. It just completely slipped my mind.

The weekend estimates have arrived and it looks like a nice solid opening for a re-release, pulling in $23 million for a 4th place finish.

Did any of you go see it? Was the 3D treatment worth it?
