Thor had another decent hold and pulled in $15.1 million for the 3rd spot on the box office chart. It’s now at $145 million domestically and close to $400 million worldwide.

Hesher lost almost half it’s screens but still only dropped off 51% from last weekend, which shows that there is some kind of audience for the film. The Examiner mentions how there are fans who are disappointed that the film isn’t playing near them, and given it’s already losing screens before even getting a modest opening, it’s unlikely that those fans will get the chance to see Hesher in cinemas.
