Yesterday, when I said Best Buds was likely to move from possible to probable in our rumoured projects page, I was expecting weeks. But here we are, one day later, and the project is now ready to move forward. Variety has the announcement uses the term “final negotiations” but that will just be crossing the t’s and dotting the i’s.

Natalie will produce and star but they’re still looking for a director.
