My pick is Natalie Portman, who somehow managed to pull off the super-short-hair thing and the bald-head thing before that.

I usually think she’s overrated, but I think Natalie Portman rocked the pixie cut well after she shaved her head for “V for Vendetta.” It even made her look a little more hard core for her “Saturday Night Live” gangsta rap, which was pretty funny.
