I’ve been thinking about the upcoming pic battle for red carpet appearances. Just trying to work out some ground rules and how it will all play out. For me there are three big questions that need answering.

1) What constitutes a red carpet appearance? Literally a red carpet? Evening wear?

2) I think we can manage 64 entries but which photos will make up that 64? Should I pick them? Should there be some kind of voting process?

3) Should we be voting for individual photos or for whole appearances/sets?

I have my own ideas but before I finalize anything I would like to hear what you guys think. After all, this is for you.
