Well… it seems the reports about the title change were unfounded, and “The Gallerist” will indeed be the title of the latest film directed by Cathy Yan and starring Natalie and Jenna Ortega. The first official photo was released today, and according to World of Reel, the film will premiere at the upcoming Sundance Film Festival, which takes place at the end of January. Arco continues to rack up nominations. This time, the Critics Choice Awards have selected it for Best Animated Feature. The awards ceremony will be held on January 4th.
Natalie announced today on her Instagram account that she is joining forces with Uncaged Innovatives, a company specializing in bio-leather, to promote clothing made without leather or animal skin. There is an article in this month’s issue of British Vogue in which she explains this partnership in detail.

The National Board of Review, the oldest film critics’ association in the US, has named Arco the best animated film of the year. This is yet another award to add to the accolades of the film directed by Ugo Bienvenu and produced by Natalie. One Battle After Another, Paul Thomas Anderson’s film starring Leonardo DiCaprio, is the best film of the year according to this long-established association. Natalie spoke today at an event in Paris with Malala Yousafzai, the Pakistani activist for girls’ education. She is the youngest person in history to receive the Nobel Peace Prize, an award she won in 2014 at the age of 17. The reason for the conversation was the publication of “Finding My Way,” a book she wrote in which she recounts her life story and experiences. At the moment, we only have a couple of reels from Gala France recorded at the event. Hopefully, we’ll see some more videos or photos of it in the coming hours.
