Natalie interviews her good pal Lily-Rose Depp in Interview magazine on the occasion of the upcoming release of “Nosferatu”, the latest film starring the young actress and directed by Robert Eggers. Natalie and Moses Ingram attended a special screening of “Lady in the lake” at SAG-AFTRA in Los Angeles last night (supposedly to promote the Apple TV miniseries in preparation for the upcoming television awards). Time flies, and today is the day to celebrate a very special anniversary: the premiere of Closer, one of the most acclaimed films in Natalie’s career, which took place on this day twenty years ago. To commemorate it, we have a trip down memory lane in the form of photos from that day at the Mann Village Theatre in Westwood, California, in which we can see director Mike Nichols and a very young Natalie, Jude Law and Clive Owen (Julia Roberts was unable to attend due to the birth of her first child). After a few days of vacation in Istanbul, Natalie returned to Paris and attended the French TV show “La Grande Librairie” last night, where she read for the audience “Litany for Survival,” a magnificent text by the great American poet Audre Lorde, translated by Gerty Dambury for Éditions de l’Arche.
